STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

目標一:發展一套完整的計劃:
Objective 1:To develop a comprehensive plan that:

a、帶領學生信主及栽培學生做耶穌基督的門徒、
evangelizes and disciples students;
b、注重基督徒品格的養成及屬靈的鍛鍊、
is centered on Christian character formation and spiritual disciplines;
c、教職員和基督徒學生在生活中作實踐的典範、
is modeled and consistently practiced by staff, faculty and student believers;
d、並能整合課程設計和課外活動,
is integrated with curriculum design and extracurricular activities;

  使學生成為忠心的基督門徒、基督的使者和僕人領袖。
so that students become faithful disciples, ambassadors of Christ and servant leaders.

目標二:成為(中、英)雙語教育學府,具有
Objective 2:To establish a bilingual (Chinese and English) educational institution that has:

a、雙文化的董事會、教師和行政團隊、
bicultural board, faculty and operational team;
b、雙語的教育課程,
bilingual educational program;

使所有學生在中、英文的語言及文字表達上具備良好的溝通能力。
so that all students will be able to communicate effectively,    orally and in writing, both in   Chinese and English.

目標三:徵聘並維持具備下列條件的忠心基督徒教師團隊:
Objective 3:To recruit and maintain a faculty of faithful Christians who are:

a、在學術專業和信仰上均適任、
academically and spiritually qualified;
b、稱職並能在信仰和專業上持續發展晉升、
competent and participating in continuing programs of spiritual and professional development;
c、積極投入學生的發展,
committed to student development;

使學生在基督徒品格上不斷成長,並成為具備專業能力的終身學習者。
so that students grow in Christian Character and become competent professionals and lifelong learners.

目標四:提供下列特色的課程和課外活動:
Objective 4:To provide a curriculum and extra-curricular activities that:

a、整合信仰與學習、
integrate faith and learning;
b、兼顧理論與實務應用、
balance theory and practical application;
c、教導並激發學習的動機、
teach and motivate how to learn;
d、不斷地評估與更新課程。。
are continually being assessed and updated;

使學生成為終身學習者並且具備專業技能。
so that students become lifelong learners and competent professionals.

 

目標五:在學界建立聲譽,藉由:
Objective 5:To build credibility in the broader academic community by:

a、提供優質的高等教育、
offering quality academic education;
b、依據學界高等教育的標準,定期評估並修訂教學課程,
regularly evaluating and revising the educational program based on the common standards of the academic community;

使學生獲得教養、使學校成為學子選擇的學府、使基督的名被高舉
so that students are nurtured, the college is a college of choice and the name of Christ is
honored.


目標六:提供福音事工的訓練,使學生能:
Objective 6:To provide a ministry training program so that students:

a、發掘、發展並善用其屬靈恩賜、
discover, develop and use their spiritual gifts;
b、被裝備成具有基督樣式的領袖,
and are equipped as Christ-like leaders;

使他們能藉由積極的服事來影響教會、社區以及社會。
so that they can impact the church, community and society through their active service.

 

目標七:建構校園提供:
Objective 7:To Provide a campus that features:   
   

a、現代化的設備、
modern facilities;
b、優質的資源、
quality resources;
c、現代化的科技從事教學與管理,
current technology in instruction and management;

使得課程的內涵提昇、學生的需求得到滿足、學校的目標得以達成
so that the curriculum is enhanced, student needs are met and the college's goals are accomplished.

目標八:維護良好的校園環境,以使:
Objective 8:To maintain a campus environment that provides a shepherding and caring relationship between:

a、教師、
faculty,
b、職員、
staff,
c、學生之間,具有相互關懷牧養的關係,
and students.

以促使學生在靈命、心智、和情緒上臻於成熟。
So that students will grow into spiritual, mental, and emotional maturity.

目標九:訂定、執行及修訂未來發展計畫,涵蓋
Objective 9:  To create, maintain and implement a development plan that:

a 、建立學校長遠發展的藍圖與架構,
establishes a roadmap for the long term development of the school;
b、為學校及其事工建立廣泛的代禱支持網絡,
creates a broad base of active prayer support for the college and its ministries;
c、增加學生人數以及擴展學校事工,
grows the student enrollment and extends the ministry of the college;
d、提供必要的財務及人力資源,
provides the necessary financial and human resources;

使學校的使命及願景得以達成
so that the mission and vision of the college can be accomplished.
